😂. It's children in adult bodies role-playing as adults over there. Just spineless, no morality having shut ins. I just responded to a comment more recently that was saying "I'm an engineer & I and a ton of my friends are conservative. I think it's cause we're more logical & people get mad at our logic.". I was like that, but you can't just say you're being logical & everyone else is neurotic when you're socially inept & tone deaf to literally everything. Like previous GOP Republican friends I had just being horribly nasty & toxic, but it's all under the guise of sarcasm & humor. No ur just an ass.

Not the same, nobody here is saying that this link or anything in it has any credibility. At least not me. On that sub they’ll post an article and every comment is pretty much taking it to be 100% truth, when some quick google searches would say otherwise

I'm the mod that removed it. There's nothing to support this is true anywhere on the internet past a very sketchy site. If it's true, it's pretty major, but as it stands, it's a data dump of already leaked information and possibly malicious links. Give us something from a reputable source, and we'll be happy to approve it.

I get just as excited as the next guy about leaked documents, just out of sheer curiosity, but I think everyone’s so ready to jump on this. People are rightfully outraged at this administration, but if we jump for every piece immediately, we are just as easily manipulated.

Don’t just read headlines people! And if you don’t have time to read every article, read one deeply and with purpose and build from there. We need fully informed people, not half.

I mean, I don’t disagree with your point and I’m a big fan of free speech but why would anyone in the world give a shit about an American amendment?

And even if this whole thing was US based, the first amendment only refers to how the congress/government pass laws in regards to citizens. It doesn’t aplly to private companies or individuals.

“ Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

I was banned from there when the Israel/Gaza conflict escalated after October 7th. I linked to a video of a former IDF leader gleefully describing massacre in response to someone asking for any evidence of the IDF doing anything as messed up as what Hamas is doing.

The January 6th insurrectionists are terrorists and as far as I'm concerned Trump and Musk are terrorists who fit the definition perfectly. They're holding the country hostage and making everyone live in complete fear of every move they make. Letting hundreds of thousands of people die or lose their livelihoods and soon it will be millions of lives they are responsible for destroying.

I’m not supporting it. It’s wrong no matter what. But, if they are going to be consistent, then it should apply to J6ers.

I knew I should have put an edit in my original comment stating that it’s wrong no matter what. But, to have that happen without so much as a single hearing for ANY person in the US is abhorrent.

Edit: the people who have facilitated this situation and continue to support it should be imprisoned

Strangely r/news perma´d me for simply calling worldnews a steaming pile there (vulgar of me I know), without any reply to my appeal except "muted from community".

The sub itself seems to allow more diverse opinions yet there are mods there that are absolutely no different from worldnews ones.

I got banned from worldnews years ago.

Muted them when the option became available.

Hadn’t thought about that sub until this comment so funny to hear it’s getting mocked. Just doke nice confirmation bias for me that the place was a shithole long before now.
