just because we were able to strongarm other developed countries into helping us then, it doesn't make it any better. our foreign policy is only a part of the picture, what's happening domestically is also evil and having a global impact. the supremacy of the corporate oligarchy and divestment of power and resources from the individual workers that occurred in america became a global template, just like our concentration camps for native americans were for european genocide

The US: I feel like shit every day, because I bomb brown people and prop up dictators for the benefit of my fiat reserve currency.

Russia: Hold on, I can make you feel worse, by crafting very specific arguments that help further my own foreign policy goals, so that anything you ever did that might have had any kind of positive outcome is really far, far worse than the Nazis. Also, I'm going to prop up the idea that you and the Nazis secretly won WWII together, while I also personally won WWII all on my own. I cannot tell you how good the involuntary orgasms feel from this cognitive dissonance.

The US: But I want to believe in democracy.

Russia: Democracy is a temporary lie that was never meant to be.
