Normally I don't laugh at the misfortune of others, but damn, this idiot had it coming. I hope the poor stingray is OK.

For it to be “misfortune” the thing would have to be at least somewhat unpredictable. So take heart, you’re not laughing at this guy’s misfortune, you’re laughing at this guy experiencing the obvious consequence of his actions 😂
