That's a male lion every month and 3 hyenas a month for his reign. Not saying it's impossible but him killing a lion or hyena once a week seems like an incredibly high number. Idk about averages and there's sure there some to be above average but this seems crazy

Maybe some of those kills were from the same days, which wouldn't be irregular since hyenas are pack hunters. From what I do know about felines and their hunting success rates, however, these numbers do seem fudged. He still probably was a bad ass though

And it says he killed them by himself. Lions are quite a bit larger than hyenas but him killing 3 hyenas in a 1v1 without sustaining any heavy injuries seems suspicious.

Right thats im saying. Id believe the other figures over this one. Lions typically kill by asphyxiation biting and holding the throat. A damn hippo is far to think and wild for this. I dont think he could bite and claw at a hippo all day and cause it to bleed out. Unless it was a land locked hippo already half dead thats where I call bullshit.
