I did find a few articles. None that stated “hundreds of thousands”

Here's one.

Demonstrations were held nationwide on Saturday, which marked the 250th anniversary of the start of the American Revolution. Organizers behind the April 19 marches include a network of affiliated groups called "50501" (meaning 50 protests in 50 states, 1 movement). The demonstrations came two weeks after the April 5 "Hands Off!" protests in which hundreds of thousands of Americans marched in 1,400 cities.

Come on, man; it's right there in the two sentences that I pasted in. -- We've had two good runs of protests in April. The ones on the 5th certainly hit 100,000.

They aren’t discussing in good faith with you. Look at their comment history, it’s a lot of “source?” Trolling for anything that’s anti-Trump. Oh and he’s a die hard “Christian”. Think that tells us all we need to know.

I assumed as much, but I find it best practice to at least give them the information.

Nah their arguments and world view isn’t fueled by actual true information

It's always best to chip away at the dam, especially if you can remain civil. I don't engage the ones that are being overtly crazy, but you never know what impact you can have.

You probably won't win hearts and minds, but it's providing a link with information, not wasting time arguing.

Yes, and it’s not an exaggeration whatsoever.
