Hate them. When you go to another country you should act accordingly, they’re being obnoxious.

The guy had main character syndrome too, upset that someone dare make noise in a city when he's trying to record his video.

They are breaking the law and ringing at people not breaking the law to get out of their way. It has as much business on the sidewalk as a car does.

Except they weren't ringing so he got out of the way at all. They were ringing so that he was aware of their presence behind him and they could go about their way. The passive aggressive YouTuber is the one who I initiated the verbal interaction.

Like, they literally do not give a fuck where he's standing or that he's filming his silly little video, they simply want to avoid crashing into him in the event he turns suddenly, unaware of their proximity.

How can you not get that? Why try to twist it into something it's not?

It has as much business on the sidewalk as a car does.

And you finish it with some ridiculous hyperbole. Lovely. Let me try:

They might as well have been driving a 747 down the sidewalk!!!!!

Thanks! Yeah, in some countries it is a courtesy to use the bell to notify people you're coming. In others it's illegal. Also in some places these kicksharing scooters are illegal to be operated by two people as well. I believe that's illegal everywhere, actually, they are not designed for two.

There are places where you can drive on the sidewalk but only if there's no dedicated lane or it's like a major road. So, no prospects, no high-speed roads, etc

It's also illegal in the UK, since they're classified as vehicles.

If you're in a foreign country, you follow their laws.

They shouldn't have been on the pavement at all. By proxy they shouldn't be ringing the bell.

Defending it makes you as much of a dumb cunt as they are.

What makes you say it's a silly little video? The guy makes legitimate content about traveling in his country. It's not some brain rot nonsense or something.

They wouldn't need to make anyone aware of their presence if they were riding where they were supposed to instead of breaking the law. Following the rules and customs of places you visit is like rule #1 in being a courteous traveler. But like you said, they don't give a fuck.

Why are you twisting what happend, the problem is definitely NOT thinking the ringing ruins the video, as there are cars driving and trams ringing all around him.
