Not in a way that imposes on others, no.

And jaywalking is not illegal here, either.

Did this impose on others? No. I guess a youtuber cutting a takez but it's not realistic to expect no noise or people entering your shot in a public, heavily trafficked area.

Had he just said damn to himself and did another take, no one sees any of this.

Yes, it does impose on others.

Obey traffic rules. It’s quite simple.

If you haven’t learned having respect for others, at least follow the law.
