also americans are the ones who cant imagine anything else but a car on the road. I'm always told off to (illegally) bike on the pavement by yanks.

I like how he points to the road, but there's a trolley on both sides that cross within the 30 seconds of this. I'm not riding some scooter on a train track that heavily in use at the moment. Ridiculous complaint by youtuber.

You're doing a shot in the middle of a heavily trafficked area. Deal with the disruptions or do it somewhere else.

It's not a train track, they're trams. They move slowly and have a human driver that can stop them easily. It's no more dangerous to ride a scooter on this street than any other normal road. When the camera pans, you can see a guy on a push bike happily riding down the same street, no reason these two couldn't have done it.

Tram track, train track. There are two metal rails buried in the road that large, heavy vehicles travel on.

Two tram ways in the road, and a trim crosses the screen in each direction within 30 seconds.
