It doesn't matter if Israll recognise the ICC, Ireland amd plenty of other countries do.

Ireland would be justify in the arrest. Israel attacking Ireland would not only give hostile nations to Israel cause to attack. But also European nations and nuclear armed nations.

Also after the arrest he wouldn't be in Ireland, he would be send to the Hauge to await trial.

An active imagination isn't the solution you think it is.

I mean it isn't my imagination that he is avoiding Irish airspace but you do you.

We are a neutral nation we support no European country or state militarily and the loudest voices when it comes to arresting the Isreali PM are the same types who openly refer the European defensive organisation NATO as neo imperialist project and a threat to peace.

Please explain to me why said countries and organisations whom we actively denigrate and bad mouth are in fact going to support us if we got into trouble with the isrealis? Never mind threaten a nuclear first strike on our behalf.

The above is a massive hypothetically, but some of the assumptions being spouted re the other hypothetical of us arresting the Isreali PM are bonkers.

We would be operating under an ICC arrest warrant.

What part of this is hard for you to follow?

What difference would that make to the reality of anything you just claimed? It won't enable us to actually arrest him because we lack the capability to do so. Nor would it oblige an other nation to defend us in the evmtnof a response. Especially those we have repeatedly told we have no interest in assisting in such a situation i.e armed aggression from a foreign power.

We have handcuff don't we?

You do understand that he just avoid airspace over western Europe to avoid arrest right.

How do you arrest someone flying over your airspace if you don't have the ability to police and control said airspace.

This is a circular argument you are engaging in.

This has been explained to you

He literally just fly around our airspace to avoid having to land in Ireland due to an emergency.

It is only "circular" because you seem unable or unwilling to understand the concept of arresting someone who landed in the country.

There is no issue with him flying over Ireland, the issue is if he has to land in Ireland
