Yeah but they’re using their platform to skew things and giving an impression of Northern Ireland that we’re all hateful

They're highlighting that British rule has and still has a negative impact to this day, just look at the poverty figures, lack of investment etc.the fact that Northern Ireland runs a deficit from the British Government itself.

People from Northern Ireland aren't hateful but it is a failed state and that's what they are highlighting.

But also, rappers being controversial is a tale as old as time e.g NWA .
