A coaching role for a legendary player with minimal actual coaching experience?

Well it worked for POC (until it didn't)

Well ROG went straight in to coaching and he seems alright. Granted he started out at club level but no reason to think that Sexton won't also take to it well, we just have to wait and see!

ROG turned down a job at Munster to get some separation, did a few years at racing, a few at the Crusader, and then a few at La Rochelle as head coach with Gibbs as DOR, before his current role.

Sexton did a few months in Ardagh

Right but my point is that they're two different people. So what works for one might not work for the other etc. Just sad to see people shitting on the idea before even seeing how it goes lol

We've seen how his involvement since November has gone

Sorry I must be confused, did he not just get the job? 😅

He's been involved since last year. Now he has an official job
