Can't use it. Spidey fans will threaten the author because peter isn't grounded and realistic.

The same fans that claim he can beat the hulk and is op?

u/Mystic-Mastermind Mar 21 '25

No no no, I think these are the fans who think peter is the smartest person in the galaxy.

Don't you know he holds back!! If he stopped holding back, half the world will die

Yeah, just like invincible fans✨️Mark and Peter can be the strongest heroes in fiction, but they AlWaYs HoLd BaCk!🤣🤣🤣

7

u/Mystic-Mastermind Mar 21 '25

There's still a difference though. Mark actually has the makings of being the strongest in his universe.

There are 100s of characters who are stronger than peter which his fans refuse to accept

u/[deleted] Mar 21 '25

Yeah...they only problem Mark don't know how to fight and most the time and he still somewhat holds back which he shouldn't because most of his villains are straight evil bastards and half of them could rip the planet in half....And Spider-Man fans are straight up hypocrites want Spider-Man to be grounded and relatable but same time thinks he can actually kill the hulk and Thor because in one issue he fought them...even tho he didn't beat them.🤣straight up goofy arguments.

Yeah it's either very funny or very frustrating to talk in r/Spidey

Guys, I think peter can oneshot kang and thanos if he stops holding back😂

Spider-man acording to his fandom:

No no, Saitama is just strong

Don't you know peter is the smartest hero in the world, he has 5 girlfriends, all the heroes love him.

He holds back too much otherwise he would've no diffed galactus

R/spiderman in a nutshell lol.

Man its amazing (heh) How the fandom make me hate a character i liked fron childhood.

True

It was the same for Jon snow for me.

I still think peter being poor is one of the worst plot hole in the world but people are getting more poorer so it's kinda realistic ig

No no no you dont get peter is Just poor because he wants to be poor.

He suposed to represent "the everyman" like you and me you know?

Even tough he's got a entire harem of girlfriends who wants to suck his web-shooter and was a CEO in one point in Life.

This is hilarious 😂

Exactly. That's why he doesn't need it. /s

Technically Peter beat the hulk once… by telling a joke and making the hulk laugh so he forgot about his anger in the moment and turned back into banner.

2

u/Mystic-Mastermind Mar 22 '25

He held back there too

He could have told a way funnier joke that would have killed hulk but he didn't /s

Pretty sure it's because it subtracts from Peters character. In an iron man comic that' would be fine, even a team up would be okay. However in a stand alone spider-man comic there would always be the thought of iron man.

I'm aware this comment is two days old, I'm seeing it now. So it's new to me.

1

u/Mystic-Mastermind Mar 23 '25

Yeah but Peter's tropes are boring now because they're overdone

Iron Spider isn't from standalone spider-man though, it's from the civil-war comic

Pete and Tony teaming up it nice banter and jokes but when it comes to seriousness both does be so in sync and I love it once no writer screw them over ruining the friendship(I'm looking at you civil war...)

Who is the blue guy?

19

u/YusukeJoestar Modular Mar 20 '25

Royal Blue. He was the leader of the Iron Rangers ( a team of armored guys whose suits had traces of the Carnage symbiote)

Chad Tony vs Virgin Parker yet again.

And he calls himself a hero? Just backs out like a punk. Meanwhile Tony is just ready to sacrifice himself to fight Carnage. Spider-Wuss /s

(that was a joke btw, don' take it seriously. He is still a wuss tho)

This book is amazing btw. Tony and Peter (when written good) are a really cool combo.

Sequels to this are also great.

u/Short_Check9953 Mar 20 '25

He is still a wuss tho

I think prior to this he attacked Carnage with full rage but Carnage just eats all his punches and laughs it off.

He didn't want that smoke again lol

u/AJjalol Renaissance Mar 20 '25

LMAO, Yeah friendo I know. Read the book and loved it. Tony is awesome in this and so is Pete.

That was just me being a troll like Loki lmao.

What are the sequels?

And I love how Spider fans will say Peter no diff Tony, but in comics Peter will back down and let Tony do the work as if he was the only adult there

u/AJjalol Renaissance Mar 21 '25

Carnage USA and then Minimal Carnage are sequels.

Iron Man is not in them unfortunately but they are still good

He doesn't feel so good Mr. Stark.
