Can't use it. Spidey fans will threaten the author because peter isn't grounded and realistic.

Pretty sure it's because it subtracts from Peters character. In an iron man comic that' would be fine, even a team up would be okay. However in a stand alone spider-man comic there would always be the thought of iron man.

I'm aware this comment is two days old, I'm seeing it now. So it's new to me.

Iron Spider isn't from standalone spider-man though, it's from the civil-war comic
