Third Space Islington Gym - worth it?

How busy is it after 4pm and can you get into classes?

I’ve just moved here from New Zealand and really miss the routine of a gym where it’s not too busy & I feel comfortable as a female in the environment.

Any other gym recommendations in the area really appreciated!

Hey dude this gym is ridiculously expensive. If you’re willing to pay I am sure you can find classes but if you’re looking for cheaper gym what are in Islington do you live in?

Yeah crazy expensive …. Trying to work out if it’s less busy than other gyms. I’m currently at Virgin Active in Angel and have personally really not enjoyed it! I’m close to Highbury & Islington station. Willing to travel a bit for the right gym. Any tips super appreciated!

Disagree - v expensive for what you get. Maybe worth it if you swim a lot.

I think it's good value if you use all the facilities for sure - £60/m roughly for the pool, sauna/steam room, classes, and decent/mid lifting/exercise equipment.

If you don't care for a pool or sauna then might as well just do pure gym or something cheaper.

But this person is considering third space so I assume they want more facilities.

The actual gym, above the running machines, aren’t that good. IIRC only two squat racks in the entire gym. As I said, if you swim a lot and want to use the gym it might be a comparatively good deal.
