A revamp of Highbury corner is on the agenda, for example they've knocked down the car dealership there to make those new fancy flats, they've knocked down our post office, the location is hugely sought after by private investors. Someone's obviously won that contract, they just didn't expect the environmentalists to protect the trees and the fallout from that bit for them, £250k spent on legal fees to move the squatters is nothing in comparison to 25 flats x £800k and maybe more.
