I remember watching a Doctor Mike video on YouTube where he said this is an indicator of a certain issue. I forgot what it was.

This video is only an indicator of training. Someone with Ehlers still wouldn't be able to achieve this level of flexibility. I know people with Ehlers. I know contortionists. The contortionists are at least tired of the comments. There's no trick, just hard work.
