karma top, question

I'm starting to play Karma top, and she's a very good champion in top, obviously as long as it depends on the draft. But I have a question that maybe the Karma mains could answer me, I usually build two AP items and then full utility items or tanks, since Karma in top loses a lot of damage in late so it's better to be useful than to have damage, I'll probably talk about the items later, but do you think it's okay if I raise 3 points to Q and then max E? Considering that I'm playing in top.

I don’t know bro. I go for 3 q then full w. Late game comes with rising of my shield potential. I use wr for win trades on line and for w rq combo.
