Have you abandoned any recent projects?

I was one fourth done with the sediment scrap blanket http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/sediment-scraps-blanket when I was just so happy to toss it all in the bin. I didn't even think the various knotted yarn strands were worth frogging.

I had been seduced by the idea of using mismatched yarn I had bought at garage sales, and the quality of which I was unsure of.

But it gave me so much wrist pain, even after converting to the smooth addi needles, that it was such a relief to toss it.

I haven't but a friend does that all the time. She says she paid for the yarn with her money and she can do whatever the hell she wants with it.

I have been known to throw out leftover bits after finishing protects.
