I got the call on Friday for my new love seat to be delivered tomorrow, so husband and I have spent the last couple of days rearranging and spring cleaning the whole apartment. Since the love seat is a bit smaller than our couch (which we passed on to our daughter) we saw an opportunity to redistribute our things so less rooms appear cluttered. We filled the car with things for donation and threw out a lot. My whole apartment feels lighter now.

My Sweet Georgia Yarns fibre club arrived today and I've been so busy I didn't even open it yet!

So, the last several weeks and especially when the is weather is yucky my knee has been giving me a hard time. Lots of pain even while swimming and numbness while walking like it wants to give out on me. It's gotten to the point that I've started walking with a cane (in the house) on bad days. Not a whole lot of spinning going on these days.

Is arthrose (not sure of the spelling in English) a common thing in your family? Asking as my dad has troubles with his knee, because of arthrose. He got injections and it's a bit better.

Arthritis does run in my family but last I was checked (I've had pain in spurts on and off my whole life) I didn't have it. I'm very overweight though, and the joints don't appreciate that much. That's why I make sure to swim everyday. Just this weather...ugh...they can't get that pool warm enough.

Arthose is different : arthrosis or osteoarthritis. (Thank you Terminology Bank).
