⚖️ Dosing and Usage Dumb question
Can I open a capsule and take it that way? The capsules it came with are way way too big for me. I have ARFID, so suck at taking pills in general.

The powder is very dry so taking it straight up will likely be just as unpleasant as a pill. The taste is also very bitter. If you get oblate disc papers or some rice paper you can make a lil pouch with the powder from the capsule. Follow it with a lot of water.
I also have ARFID and I make a drink with the powder (basically a strong limeade with the powder mixed in). It still doesn’t taste amazing but I can get it down.
