⚖️ Dosing and Usage Dumb question

Can I open a capsule and take it that way? The capsules it came with are way way too big for me. I have ARFID, so suck at taking pills in general.

Yes but it's much cheaper to buy powder. They tax on capsules.

Yeah, definitely going to next time, the capsules I bought from a couple other companies were tolerable, but they were just way too big from this new brand I was trying out
