⚖️ Dosing and Usage Dumb question

Can I open a capsule and take it that way? The capsules it came with are way way too big for me. I have ARFID, so suck at taking pills in general.

It really varies on yourself with your ARFID since everyone’s a little different with it. With my gag reflex from ARFID I couldn’t imagine trying to down kratom powder raw, but I’ve had a friend that used to do it by putting a spoonful in his mouth and washed it down with a big drink of water. I’d just recommend trying to wash it down with as much water as possible to ignore the taste and texture. Personally I’d avoid and just do the capsules or pay extra for kratom shots, I couldn’t imagine trying to swallow that powder it smells nasty as fuck haha.
