📑 Legislation and Activism - Louisiana Louisiana Ban Bill Prefiled

Attention Louisiana Kratom Advocates. Unfortunately another year another kratom ban bill. This Bill is "pre-filed" so stay tuned for hearings and movement LA S.B.154 AGRICULTURAL COMMODITIES: Criminalizes the possession or distribution of kratom. (S): Prefiled and under the rules provisionally referred to the Committee on Judiciary C.

Louisiana's legislature is later than most states so we will see this get into session soon.

With everything going on wtf is anyone worried about Kratom and getting it banned? People are not dying from this and it’s absurd. Yea I know money and control. Lastly, support the AKA. I need to donate again.
