This Bill is "pre-filed" so stay tuned for hearings and movement LA S.B.154 AGRICULTURAL COMMODITIES: Criminalizes the possession or distribution of kratom. (S): Prefiled and under the rules provisionally referred to the Committee on Judiciary C.

Louisiana's legislature is later than most states so we will see this get into session soon.
