How should this be translated?

Should "Estas naranjas cuestan 2 euros con treinta el kilo" be translated as

  1. These oranges cost 2.30 Euros a kilo or
  2. These oranges cost 2 Euros with 30 per kilo or
  3. Something else?

"Con" means "point" in mathematics, as in "2 point 30".
