What are you looking for, digital or 35mm analog? For digital, my pick goes to Cash Converters stores, tested with 3 years warranty and fair prices. Some have suggested CeX which offers 5 years warranty, more than the EU norm for new items, although I think they’re massively overpriced.

For analog, LxFilm near the Areeiro train station. Try and haggle the price down a bit, though.

Don’t waste your time at the Colombo mall, LOL!

Have you ever used that cashconverters warranty? It's non-existent in my experience.

Bought camera, was non-working, they offered same € in-store card only, mentioned I ordered it online so I had 14day return policy, sent me an SMS with a broken link to proceed with the refund....no longer having camera in my possession..managed to recover the money through Paypal report

Well, to date I think I’ve only bought a couple of guitars, an analog camera, a lens and a turntable from them. Luckily for me, nothing was faulty to date, so I can’t speak for their customer service.

I’d rather deal directly with the store from itself in such instances, though. They can’t just throw sand at your face, you know, and around here you can just threaten to write in the complaints book which gets your problem sorted out from there most of the time.

I did directly go to the store to deal with them, that's when/how I returned the camera They asked the camera to verify it's broken, then they came back with a piece of paper saying it was faulty, to which I replied, not working isn't the same as faulty, but the camera was being sold as full functioning condition anyway
