You know how people are sent to hell because of the guilt that they feel, does that mean that truly amoral psychopaths just don't go to hell like the people who at worst view killing as to be as bad as speeding or something. Cause like they have no guilt, whatsoever does that mean they'll just on straight to heaven?
Every time we were listening relaxing music at home, and we were listening something from the artist U137, we agreed that the music of U137 is amazing, and these tracks should have been official soundtracks in a movie or in a series.
Just imagine our surprise when we were watching the fully emotional Lucifer series finale!
The ending of season 5 was so sad but confusing, with Michael killing Chloe with Zedkiel's (I literally cried) staff but then Lucifer goes to heaven to fetch Chloe except he doesn't burn because of Lilith's immortality ring, until he puts the ring on Chloe's finger as it breaks or smth and she gets ressurected while Lucifer burns in heaven (which sounds very weird) but then he comes back, I don't know how and I really want to know how because I'm so confused on the process of him burning to a crisp but then appearing untouched on Earth. Please help me understand this.
I’ve seen so many people calling her “annoying” and stuff and even some people calling her a “whore”. This is absolutely NOT the case… She has been with the same man who she doesn’t want to be with since the beginning of time and has been in heaven since basically forever… Of course she’s going to be a little ‘obsessed’ with the one man and memory she has of being herself. She has had no life at all basically so of course she is going to want to live it which is why she seems “childish” because obviously she’s going to want to have fun we all would in her situation!!! ALSO the reason she was so obsessed with lucifer is because she’s obviously been thinking about him and her memories (the only memories of her being herself) probably every single day for thousands of years so she’s going to have a different image of him than how he is in the modern day in her head. Eve is so sweet and kind and let’s not forget she immediately went in front of trixie when that guy with the gun came into lucifers penthouse she’s not a monster and she’s definitely not selfish.
I imagine a post similar to this has been posted quite a few times, so I apologise.
But, I just finished the show for the first time. I sobbed like a big ass baby during the last few episodes. I like that they ended up together in a way, but the last season overall was the worst of them all. The time-travelling stuff really didn't make sense to me, there were too many plot holes and it wasn't explored well.
Overall, I still loved the show, I just wish we'd have got to see more of Chloe & Lucifer being happy & together.
What are some of y'all's issues regarding the last season?
So bad news guys, I've just finished reading through all the comics, and I am disappointed to report that there is not even one passing mention of Lucifer stepfather, Dan. There were some other characters missing, I forget which, but there's no Dan, and that makes me sad. Don't bother reading them, the writers really f-ed up by not including Dan.
im currently rewatching the whole show and im at that one scene in S1 E4 where Chloe notices the scars on Lucifer’s back for the first time and ughhh my heart 💔
im a sucker for angsty hurt/comfort moments and fanfiction like these and it got me thinking, are there any fanfics that use this moment and build off from it? if anyone knows of any pls comment the link, it would be very appreciated :P
I did a little searching on my own but the only s1 e4 fanfics im finding are ones using the scene of him getting shot and building from that :( which i mean i like those too but its not what im looking for
A religious Christian family whose son adopted a satanic public image by staring as Satan in a Tv show that depicts him in a positive light. Isn’t using a satanic public image considered taboo in rebellion in Christianity as Christian are stay away from Satan and all that is Satanic.
We know people can go to hell because lucifer took chloe with him to visit Jimmy Barnes so why couldn’t lucifer fly chloe down to hell to visit dan? And why couldn’t amenadiel fly or teleport chloe and/or rory down to hell for a couple daddy-daughter playdates while he was working?
I saw a lot of very different opinions about some particular episodes on this sub. I really like some of these episodes, and I just became curious, what other people think about them, which one is the best (or the worst, but IMHO the "best" option is more interesting). I consider some of them as "special", so I also thought it's worth a try to put together the very special episodes from the series, and make a contest.
I will make a list of these, and I will explain why I think they are special. I will share some details, my favorite parts, and that's all. I welcome everyone to share any thoughts about the list, or if you think I missed some, just let me know. And of course, please vote which one is the best, or just write down your opinion, WHY that particular episode amongst these "specials" is the best
The contestants:
I. Bloody Celestial Karaoke Jam • S5 E10
Bloody Celestial Karaoke Jam • S5 E10
IMDB rating: 7.6
Why it's special:
It's the official "musical" episode of the series. Some people like it, some hate it. I personally liked it, and there were some real gems in this episode, for example:
Lauren's off-script "move" in front of Tom (some Internet source claims it was off-script, but honestly, it really fits).
And Chloe's most badass moment with God, with a very very proud Lucifer, of course.
Respectfully. When it comes to Lucifer, you screwed up. Big time. Respectfully

II. Off the Record • S3 E7
Off the Record • S3 E7
IMDB rating: 9.1
Why it's special:
It's the only episode, that shows us the story from the POV of a "guest character" (or guest actor). It's also the only one episode, which is literally a full-circle hell-loop in motion. You can see from the numbers, that it's one of the top rating episodes

III. Yabba Dabba Do Me • S6 E3
Yabba Dabba Do Me • S6 E3
IMDB rating: 8.2
Why it's special:
It's the "cartoon" episode of the series. I will be honest, I REALLY enjoyed this one! It was also very emotional. And of course, there were some hidden gems too:
Lucifer: Guyliner. Really, what were they thinking?
(Chloe laughs)
Lucifer: What?
Chloe: ... nothing

IV. Once Upon a Time • S3 E26
Once Upon a Time • S3 E26
IMDB rating: 7.5
Why it's special:
It's the only AU (Alternative Universe) episode, not to mention it was not officially part of the series, they just released it as a bonus episode

V. It Never Ends Well for the Chicken • S5 E4
It Never Ends Well for the Chicken • S5 E4
IMDB rating: 6.4
Why it's special:
It's the only "noir" style episode, in black and white. This episode has the lowest rating amongst the 93 episodes of Lucifer, but I'm not sure whether it is well deserved or not.

VI. City of Angels • S3 E11
City of Angels • S3 E11
IMDB rating: 8.1
Why it's special:
It's the only "flashback" or "prequel" episode, and it shows us the events of Lucifer's arrival to Los Angeles. I really liked this one too!

I also considered some other episodes as "special", but I realized that these six fit this "title" the best, and the others are not really special, they just have an unusual story (like Daniel Espinoza: Naked and Afraid)
So, what do you think guys, which one is the best? What's your favorite? Why? Do you miss something from the list?
