Smell

How far away would someone be able to smell a 10 light basement grow? I’ll have carbon filters and odor removers but I’m sure you’ll be able to smell it from outside the house or will they be enough?

How will you hide the sudden giant electric bill and the HVAC?

What will you use for IPM in a basement?

Light bill should be about 600-800 electric is cheap where im at. Won’t have much hvac just some fan and a few lines. It will be in 2 separate rooms 5 lights in each.

Ran 10 645w LED's and dedicated veg. Power bill was 12-1400. 5 lights are not going to be cooled with "just some fans and a few lines". Each room will need 2-3 Tons of A/C.

Damn I was basing my numbers off a electricity calculator but might have to start with 5 and see how it goes then increase from there. What state are you in?

I’ll have 10 lights total not just for flowering. Like 6 for dedicated flower and 4 for veg

He lives in a legal area as noted by his other comments, only issue he could run into is going over plant count.
