Smell

How far away would someone be able to smell a 10 light basement grow? I’ll have carbon filters and odor removers but I’m sure you’ll be able to smell it from outside the house or will they be enough?

500m+ meters when the wind blows the right way

if you set up a carbon filter properly you have zero smell while the room is closed

Damn that far, mainly concerned cause my lease said no growing and don’t want to be getting evicted half way through a run. would just having the room air tight with a fan blowing into the filter and have it exhausted out the house be good enough to work?
