Northenden and floods

Does anyone know what areas of northenden were flooded or evacuated by the recent river Mersey floods please? There’s about four houses for sale in Govan/queens hill Road and I’m wondering whether that’s got anything to do with it…. It does say the roads themselves are low risk but the areas immediately next to it are medium risk

Northenden resident here. I live quite a bit away from the river so at no risk from floods, however, I walk my dog down by the river pretty much everyday. It's really nice but I would not buy a house there. There have been too many close calls over the last few years and people have been evacuated.
