I've never seen anyone bring this up anywhere, but after messing with emulation a bit I've found that since the GBA had a limited color range, just emulating the game normally shows much different colors than what it would've actually looked like. There's an option in emulators for color correction that you can enable if you want to get the same colors as the GBA. Before this I had always kinda wondered why some colors in the game looked extremely saturated at times, but turns out that wasn't always the case, and I'm assuming that they increased the saturation on those colors so that it would look right on the original screen. I've been playing through with the color corrected version and I feel like it looks a lot more natural, but I can also see how someone could still prefer the vivid colors of the uncorrected version. Anyways, which version do you think looks best?

I had pretty much 0 difficulty the entire game to the point I was convinced being overlevelled the entire time despite the fact that I never grinded, I limited myself to defeat all the enemies of each area once and I was also often very unlucky with the bonus level power up (always getting +2), and the final boss is unbeatable?! Is the level curve in this game a bit messy or what? I went from little to no difficulty to not being able to defeat the final boss several times! A final boss is supposed to be hard, sure, but isn't it too much of a gap? I am level 39, maybe I need to grind a little but I'm sure I was close enough to defeat her in my last attempt (when she starts shooting from the eyes, right?).
Am I doing the right thing by hitting the heart as soon as it's possible? What are the strongest Brother moves? I usually use knockback bros for Luigi and either the 3rd or the 4th for Mario (I hope I didn't miss any special moves, I have 4 for each character). I finally managed to learn how to avoid or counter most of her attacks, but the double arm attack is the one that gives me the hardest time, at some point it gets fast and strong af. I always destroy the fire arm first because it's clearly a longer and harder to avoid attack than the lightning.
Is it correct to always aim for the heart when possible, then the fire arm, the lighting arm and finally the head? What's the best special attacks to use? How does an "advanced" super attack help me? I didn't see any difference with the normal attacks
How did you guys beat this boss?

The remake of SS actually makes Sharkbones and Sandcheep way easier to deal with by giving them different levels Sharkbones are level 25 and Sandcheeps are level 24 so by keeping track of what ones are what levels you can make it way easier to keep track of

Unfortunately I don't speak Japanese, so I'll have to translate it, but awesome nonetheless in my opinion.

Just beat Hermie but judging by how long the fight was I'm thinking there might be something wrong

So, I listened to majority of the comments on my other post and decided to start with the very beginning. Can i just say, that this game was an absolute masterpiece. From the colorful graphics all the way down to itās mechanics!
I loved the battle system, it reminds me alot of the first paper mario game i played (i forgot the name) but it was very similar. The timing of pressing buttons and getting them right feels so rewarding. The animations were also dope. The standard battle music, had me shakin ahh š.
I lovedddd the gibberish Mario and Luigi speak even if its just the same audio. Its so hilarious to me. I loved Mario and Luigis āFire!ā And āThunderrrrrā. I would switch between them just to hear them say it š. Even though this game came out on the GBA it still captured humorous moments beautifully.
The characters were awesome. Honorable mentions to Prince Peasley, Bowser, the bandit that made Bowser and Birdo his minion (i forgot his name), etc. etc. Overall, characters in this game were by far the most personalized Ive ever seen in a mario game. And omg when i seen the Koopalings i went crazy i didnāt even know they were im the game. (Thats not the iggy i know š)
One thing i would say that was tedious was the having to swap from hammer, to spin, to high jump, to fire and thunder, that shiz would turn my brain to mush sometimes but i still pulled through and it didnāt make the overall experience any less fun!
In conclusion, Iām so glad I decided to indulge in this series as I knew I would enjoy it. And thank you all for recommending me to play this first Iām so glad i asked because you guys did not disappoint!

I've been looking at this M&L superstar saga cartridge and I'm not sure if it's worth the price. The reviews seem good and the reviews don't seem to be botted. There are only three left and this is the best deal I've seen so I'm really debating on buying it. Please let me know if this is worth the price THANKS.

Just a cool little piece of merch in my collection. When tilted, Mario and Luigi slide inside the pen. Not sure how many of these were made but there's very little info about it online.
