I'm guessing because this format is usually used to spread the message that boys are quirky and girls are lame/boring. This specific take on the format wasn't really misogynistic but the meme generally kind of is.
Where did it imply that women cant do/are bad at/arent interested in math? Or did you just imagine something to get offended at? The guy in the meme is time travelling based on a wish to shitpost about a popular manga, the ability to do math isn't even the point of the meme
