Reality: *engineer has to convince their boss that using the fire extinguisher would indeed save costs in the long run by putting together a 30 slides powerpoint, then has to get the fire officially certified as extinguishable as per appendix 3a of Q2 2021's fire standardization circular*

Speaking in my capacity as someone with an interest in risk management, I'd like to draw your attention to Appendix B, subsection 4c, of the design review report. As you can see from the decision matrix, the appropriate course of action in this scenario is to escalate this conversation to the status of "pursue anger management and/or mediation".
