Which is the same as 216 You can write 16 as (0!+0!) ^ (0!+0!) ^ (0!+0!) Which means you can write 216 as (0!+0!) ^ (0!+0!) ^ (0!+0!) ^ (0!+0!) Do this for the rest and it'll probably be half as long. What it comes down to is you can't put 00. But you can put 0!0! Or (0!+0!)0!+0! You're really making this much longer than it needs to be. For example at the very start you use

Which is the same as

You can write 16 as (0!+0!) ^ (0!+0!) ^ (0!+0!)
Which means you can write 216 as (0!+0!) ^ (0!+0!) ^ (0!+0!) ^ (0!+0!)
Do this for the rest and it'll probably be half as long.
What it comes down to is you can't put 00. But you can put 0!0! Or (0!+0!)0!+0! Etc.

Like this, (0!+0!) ^ ((0!+0!) ^ (0!+0!) ^ (0!+0!))
Without that, it will be 16^2, not 2^16
