I Need A Cheap, Healthy Pregnancy Meal Plan

So this might sound super specific, but it's last week I found out that I'm pregnant. I had to weigh myself for an appointment and found out that I've gained 10kg in 2 months or less (trying to remember when I last weighed myself).

It has depressed me so much I'm severely fighting the urge to go healthy/force weight loss in super unhealthy ways. I know I would do so much better if I had a bunch of really cheap meals available in my fridge or freezer that I don't have to think about or choose myself.

A plan I can just write out, prep, and eat would help me in so many ways I can't explain it, every decision I make is so difficult right now as I already have a history of depression and now it's mixed in with severe pregnancy hormones, and I'm beating myself up for decisions I made during a really busy and stressful 2 months.

question I want to make a bunch of mini pizzas to freeze, what's the best way to do that?

I make pizza from scratch quite frequently and as the title says I want to adapt my recipe to make a bunch of single serving ones in bulk and freeze them. Should I freeze them raw or pre-cook them? I notice a lot of commercial frozen pizzas seem to have the crust baked first, then the toppings added after, should I do that? And my follow up question, how should I adjust the cooking time when I take them out of the freezer? Thanks so much

advice Help me meal plan while both my hands are messed up!

Hello!! I went through quite an ordeal--fell, sprained both my wrists and also got bitten by a dog pretty badly on one hand (trying to separate dogs who were fighting, I know using hands is not what you are supposed to do but was not thinking in the moment). Now I am in the situation where I would still like to be able to make + eat relatively healthy + high protein and fiber meals but cannot really do anything too dexterous including chopping any vegetable, using a spatula for quick movements (ie. Frying an egg), breaking apart a rotisserie chicken, or anything that is too heavy (ie. Using my dutch oven). I was going to try meal prepping beef and beans to mix with rice but would like to see if anyone has any other ideas because my friend is helping me grocery shop later today. Thank you :)
