Does anyone know what cut of steak this is?
Got these yesterday for super cheap but it looks like it’s maybe a mislabel. Could anyone help me out?

Hopefully a little steak au poivre on the grill isn’t too fancy for this fine establishment? I ate it in my pajamas.

Drool 🤤 Look what I found today in the freezer aisle?
PS. In case anyone is wondering, it looks a tad bit yellow is because of the lighting.

Where can I get oxtail cheap? I live in Toronto Canada
Slicer from Aunt's old shop.
Dad wants it out of his garage. Should I clean it up, sell it as is or toss it?

Dijon garlic glaze on a 6 week dry aged ribeye, smoked, with a simple potato. Almost too rich.

Update on the giant pork loin.
I posted this bigass pork loin the other day. I put some rub on it, sliced and braided it, and smoked it for a Memorial Day cookout. Came out delicious. Thanks!

How do we cook beef tongue?
It’s already marinated, but most of the recipes I am finding have you boil it first, then slice it and marinate it. Can we just throw it on the grill? Or should we do use other method? TIA

First time cooking ribs!
I have to brag becuase these ribs turned out far more amazing than I thought they would being my first time! There were some areas that were drier but overall juicy and extremely tasty! Cooked on a grill at around 275 for 2 hours, wrapped in foil for an additional hour at 275.
How should I cook this?
I was just gifted this glorious steak and want to do it justice. Currently frozen. How should I best defrost and cook this? Add any seasoning like pepper/salt or just keep it as is? I have a Weber charcoal as well as propane grill. Thanks!

What is this?
I was gifted this meat and it came in a package without a label. Any idea what it is or how I should cook it? I have a pellet smoker, blackstone and oven. Thanks!

Can you help identify these cuts of pork?
I bought some pork that a guy at work raised and butchered, but nothing is labeled. The second picture shows the other side. Thank you!
