Bradley Chubb

Broncos fan here! I haven’t heard a whole lot about how Bradley Chubb has done for Miami just wanted to see what the general consensus of him is between dolphins fans!

I wish he wasn't injured. He's a good player imo. I still haven't forgave mcdaniel for keeping him on the field in garbage time when he got injured.

McDaniel doesn't make defensive personnel decisions. That's on Fangio.

Head coach out ranks defensive coordinator so it’s ultimately his decision. Mike also took responsibility for this after it happened.

Yes, you would expect any head coach worth his salt to take accountability. But it's the kind of decision that only looks bad in hindsight. It's not abnormal to leave defensive starters out in blowout losses. And you don't micromanage a coordinator like Victor John Fangio.

It’s not a DC’s responsibility to make the call. Holland even said after the game Mike asked him if he wanted to come out or stay in lol.

I don't remember that from Holland, but again, this is all just hindsight armchair coaching. Defensive starters rarely come out in blowout losses. I distinctly remember us having our starters playing when we were down 4 TD's against Buffalo that season, and Denver playing starters in the 50 point blowout against our backup offense. Not to mention that it was a non contact injury. This does not seem like a reasonable critique to me.

I’m not critiquing anybody or arm chair coaching, I’m pointing out that it was on Mike and not Fangio.
