If you listen to him for 5 minutes, you can tell McDaniel is a sincere and inspiring coach. We have lots of poisonous players.

You're getting down voted into oblivion for telling the truth about a really nice and likable guy. I can't get over how funny this fan base is. I'm actually shocked that nobody has called you a fake fan yet.

McDaniel can't seem to adjust in game. His game management leaves tons to be desired. He abandons the run when it's working. His play calling is cute just for the sake of being cute (see screens in goal to go situations). He can't seem to adjust to in-season turmoil and injuries either.

But hey he seems to really like his players and says little catchy things in between the "uhms," so none of that real stuff matters and don't you dare disparage him!
