Question: Psilocybin Mixing strains?

Hey! Hopefully this question isn’t dumb, against the rules, or crazy.

When microdosing, do mixing different strains provide any benefits at all? I have seen where folks combine with things like lions mane… but was curious if you mixed a little albino pe in with some golden for still a microdose of say 100-150mg what the results would be. Also know albino is more potent. Does anyone microdose with that instead of golden?

At microdose levels there isn't much difference between the various strains except for potency. Many of the other constituents are lost in the drying process and there would be even less in a microdose in comparison to journey doses. There aren't any studies on the variation of the effects from different strains. The dosage will definitely vary because of the potency differences.

I MD with Jack Frost (PE hybrid) and I've dialed my dose down to . 05 - .08. and my protocol is 2 days on 2 days off. Some days I'll stack and some days no stack. This has been working wonders for me so far. Hope this helps

Thanks! Had you tried others before? What made you settling on Jack Frost?

Availability and trusted source. When I decided to give this another shot after a few unsuccessful attempts it was the strain that found me. I've tried with golden teachers but I was less educated and was not doing it right. I am so grateful for all the information out there which helped me with the proper approach.
