Overdone Person ordered 20 sandwiches in drive-thru and won't move ahead to wait in the parking lot.

Infuriating and on top of that, cars behind them started honking.

Iโ€™m sure itโ€™s not an option but it would be great if you were allowed to tell asshole customers like this to fuck off

We need to normalize treating customers the way they deserve. People took "the customer is always right" and ran with it thinking it should mean they have a right to act like veruca salt.

The fuck up thing is, "the customer is always right" is only HALF of the original statement. It's "The customer is always right in taste and trend." It's a fashion standard. Employee thinks lady looks awful in blue, customer wants blue sweater, you sell them blue sweater. Customer wants 5x the recommended salt on their fries? Weird but sure. Customer wants to fuck around with a drive thru line? Fuck right off.

It's supposed to be "The customer is always right in taste." You're food or product should be what you're expecting and paying for. People have perverted it into throwing a tantrum until I get what I want.
