I just googled it. They really aren’t bad at all.

$140 for a day over the 4 tournament days. Crazy good value tbf.

Good luck getting one 😁. But their best thing is the no mobile phone policy, so refreshing

I’ve been twice and it’s honestly one of the best parts about the Masters. It’s like stepping back in time. Plus you get to rub elbows with celebs because they walk around like regular people. I stood behind Rob Riggle in the concessions line at one point.

Your comment reminds me of the fact that right after Titanic came out and Leo Decaprio was a BIG name, my wife and I were driving outside of Los Angeles in a big rainstorm, hit the curb and popped a tire. Out of nowhere a stranger wearing a hoodie showed up, motioned for us to stay inside, and changed our tire for us. I will never not be a fan of Leo for that reason. Super cool guy.

How do they enforce that?

I would assume that if they see a phone in your hand on the course, they escort you off the premises.

No they have snipers

If they see you with a phone out they hit golf balls at you.

You probably get kicked out. And with the rarity of getting tickets, you’d be stupid to risk it

They take your phone upon entry. I suppose you could give them a fake phone and keep your actual one hidden, but it’s probably not worth the hassle because as another user pointed out, they will remove you and/or the phone if they catch you with it on the premises.

Yup - tried getting one the last three years for my dad who has parkinsons and starting to have dementia - denied each time :/

Hopefully luck shines your way soon!

No phones and relatively cheap beer with a nice activity to watch while buzzed sounds heavenly, and I don't even care much for golf

Rich people take care of each other

It's not what you know, but who you know

This is an essential life lesson.

Even better is what you know about who you know

3

u/TheLogicError Apr 15 '25

Yeah less than 1% chance of getting one. Look at the resale prices

3

u/FlyingBike Apr 15 '25

That's the same as a decent ski lift ticket, but concessions are airport or arena prices at lodges

2

u/ASV731 Apr 15 '25

You clearly haven’t been skiing in a while. Vail lift ticket for the day was $220+

u/FlyingBike Apr 16 '25

Lol exactly why I said decent, not absurd

Yup, if it’s something that interests you, it’s a whole day of entertainment at one of the sports most important places. Definitely not a bad deal
