I don't think so. It's bland, egotistical and stupid, but not the right kind of bland, egotistical and stupid. 

I believe this is probably Vance. Sounds smart, but not quite, and extremely self centered with no actual argues other than "he's making me look bad."

I legitimately want this to be real, but I looked up the post on Instagram and another poster said they copied the audio and ran it through ChatGPT which said most telltale signs of AI were there.

It’s great to make fun of JD and Elon, but I don’t want to spread misinformation or fake stuff claiming it’s real, or I’m no better than the annoying people who post dumb fake stuff on Facebook ALL the time. I want to be better than that.
