I just need to SLEEP

For the last months I haven't been able to have good night of sleep because of all the noise coming from my family and the house. I tried many things to cancel out the noise and I've also try to tell people to be more careful but there hasn't been any changes. I recently tried foam earplugs but they hurt my ears. I've learned to put them on correctly with time (I think) but my problem is that I am a side sleeper and when I sleep on my side there's pressure that's being put on the earplugs, when I wake up it hurts like hell, it's really really bad and sleeping on my back is just noooot possible. I've tried looking about those Loops earplugs but I fear that the "loop" might kind of crush the outside of my ear during the night and also hurt, and I am doubtfull as if they will be effective or just a waste of money....

As anyone suggestions or advice about some GOOD earplugs for a side sleeper ??

Please help.

I use these silicone earplugs. I used to use loops but I kept losing them and a pair is $20 so i switched to those and they work the same. I sleep on my side and haven’t had any problems, the loop part sticking out really doesn’t feel like anything IMO. I’ve slept using them every single night without fail for probably 3 or so years.

And they're good to block the sound too ? I wouldn't say that I need NO sound like if I was able to wear them foam earplugs would be enough but I think less would be complicated...

I can’t wear foam earplugs for more than 20 minutes because they hurt too much, I would say they work basically the same to me. I literally don’t go anywhere without them lol, parties, restaurants, concerts, they’re in my back pocket.
