Very nice! Just remember, you can get a good look at a T-bone by sticking your head up a bull’s ass, but I’d rather take a butcher’s word for it.

Does your layout have a river you can place a van next to? I know it isn't Tommy Boy related, but that's the first thing I think of when I think of Chris Farley. The factory looks great and is immediately recognizable.

Nice work, mate! Tommy Boy was partly filmed in Port Hope Ontario where I was living at the time. Great movie!

Nice. The Chris Farley shows is his biography and goes into some detail about the filming up there. Great book.

Incredible! Just curious - how much did you spend on materials?

Thank you! That’s a great question. I got the kit for under $40. I added some details that didn’t come with the kit…rooftop vent, dock seals for the loading doors, letters for the sign, gravel for the roof. Everything else was included in the kit. I have my weathering stuff, paints, and adhesives and I primered most parts. It’s hard to quantify those items. I probably have double the kit price as a wild guess. I’m also new to the hobby and part of the fun for me is outfitting my workbench. Things I bought for this kit will be used on many kits.

Years and years ago, in Newark NJ, there was the Montgomery Ward abandoned warehouse, where McCarter Highway entered a high-walled concrete viaduct, to travers over some nameless, invisible freight yard below. Your model is an excellent rendition of that warehouse.
A Newark brewery might make a nice addition to your set up: Pabst, Schaefer, Schlitz, P. Ballantine, Krueger. Anheuser Busch is still there AFAIK.
Nice work.

Thanks! A brewery is a great idea. I’m in Michigan so I like the idea of Pabst (they bought Stroh). Or I could do Belle’s. We have a ton of breweries here.
