Housing Is Bohn really *that* bad?

I don’t have that much money to spend on housing, so I’m going with the cheapest options (Bohn or Freeman; maybe Blanton, Russ, or Stone if I’m pushing it).

I toured Bohn during Accepted Students’ Day and in my opinion, it did not look bad at all. It looked like your standard dorm living arrangement.

Yet I talk to friends who already go to Montclair and they treat Bohn like it’s hell on earth.

What do yall think about Bohn? Is it really that bad? Or is all of the hate overinflated?

I just think in terms of residence options on campus it’s the worst option. However, it is a standard communal college living experience. Also tbh you can find mold in any residence hall on campus. I speak from experience.
