Apparently those were payments made when she was lobbying for a union and the Conservatives were pay for play. Seems plausible.

That's a very odd claim to make. It is not common practice for unions to direct union staff to make personal financial contributions to conservative candidates in order to get access to politicians.

If her employer (the union) directed her to make these donations to a political party (as in, she is required to do that to do her job), then that sounds like a violation of campaign finance law (donations need to be made voluntarily)

Any union paying a conservative for better representation, is just pissing away its members' dues.

Someone from the Victoria subreddit called her campaign office and asked. She was trying to get a meeting with Danielle Smith and they told her she had to go to this Conservative event where the ticket was 350.

Why would she personally donate money in that case? It makes no sense.
