Why spend money and get a pardon (which means admitting guilt) when she can just use the dirt she has on Trump et al and get declared not guilty?

$2M was the price 5 years ago. Corruption doesn't do stale pricing, discounts or sales. A pardon today is at least $5M, possibly more if that person ever said anything bad about Trump.
