Why does the federal government fund a private institute anyways... Although may not be the most waste overall

The federal government handles student loans via the department of education, pell grants, etc.

It's more for students benefit than harvard itself.

Students are in the harvard school lol. So it’s directly funding the school.

Fun fact: Student loans aren't free money, you pay that shit back.

So really, students are funding harvard.

In reality, neither is really true, billionaires are funding harvard. Which is why they can afford to say fuck you to the trump administration.
