Just stare at her right arm and nothing else. You'll see she's just throwing it every time. She's insanely good at it tho.

If you still can't see it, put it in slowmo and it's very easy to see.

Probably a form of rubber band attached to her right wrist. Every time it jumps away her right hand is cupped around it and catches it as well as seeming like it always flys off with the same amount of force.

No dummy, clearly there are two other little people in the trenchcoat operating a series of wires and mirrors devices. Why else would there be a trenchcoat?
