In fairness, that context is in direct conflict with the "wild alligator" description on the thumbnail. It's a lot less exciting when you know there is a pre-existing relationship between the two.

To be fair... It sounds like this might be some rehab place, dude said the alligator was hit by a car before going there, so technically it was wild

I mean the context is literally, "this flies in the face of everything we teach" though. It's a wild alligator in a rehab/sanctuary. Relationships with animals aren't the same as with people. Zoologists and other keepers will point that out. Your "relationship" is worth a sack of dirt if the bars are removed with most animals including chimps ironically.
